The Union HLM 800 models provide an efficient dry cleaning system using alternative solvents. This range offers models with 18, 25 and 40 kg load capacity which operate at a high-speed extraction rate of 800 rpm. This system is very stable as the wash drum is mounted on a special shock absorber and anti-vibration platform. Other machine specifications include:

•    ITDS drying system with extra-large fan for superfast drying;
•    A refrigeration unit which is divided into three segments for easy maintenance and reduced downtime;
•    The Hybrid Charge System (HCS) with multi-stage gravitational water separator and electronic sensor to prevent foaming and guarantee a pure distilled solvent;
•    DIALOG PLUS technology to set the temperature and basket speed;
•    IDROMATIC still cleaning system with PNEUMOSTILL waste transfer for removal of distillation residues.
